SHIPPING POLICY — ALORA CART

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
We deliver pan-India in 4-6 business 
days after order confirmation.

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, 
Chennai, Hyderabad): 3-4 business days
Other cities and towns: 4-6 business days
Remote areas: 5-7 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES
FREE shipping on all orders.
No minimum order value required.

CASH ON DELIVERY
COD available across India.
No extra charges for COD orders.

After placing a COD order, our team 
will confirm your order via WhatsApp 
or phone call before dispatch.
Please receive our confirmation call 
to avoid delays.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will 
receive a tracking number via SMS 
and email within 24 hours of dispatch.

COURIER PARTNERS
We ship through trusted Indian courier 
partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, 
and BlueDart depending on your location.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed before 5 PM are processed 
the same day.
Orders placed after 5 PM are processed 
the next business day.

FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails due to wrong address 
or unavailability, courier will attempt 
delivery 2 more times.
After 3 failed attempts order will be 
returned to us.

For COD orders — if you refuse delivery 
without valid reason, you may be 
blocked from placing future COD orders.

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If your product arrives damaged, 
take a photo immediately and contact 
us within 24 hours:
